1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stoxmine ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Stoxmine India Pvt. Ltd. ("Company").

2. Description of Services

Stoxmine provides a data-driven equity research and analysis platform for Indian markets. Our Services include a Confidence Score engine, sector heatmaps, portfolio analysis, FII/DII flow tracking, stock screener, and daily signals. The Platform is designed for informational and research purposes only.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content, signals, scores, and data on the Platform are for informational and research purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading recommendations, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security. Stoxmine is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform to distribute unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Indian or international law.
• Republish, resell, or redistribute our data or scores without a commercial licence.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including the Confidence Score algorithm, software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to Stoxmine. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial research purposes. No other rights are granted.

8. Third-Party Data

Market data displayed on the Platform is sourced from NSE, BSE, and licensed data providers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data. Market data may be delayed by 15 minutes or more.

9. Subscription & Payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoxmine and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to investment losses. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stoxmine from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra. We encourage you to contact us first at legal@stoxmine.com to resolve disputes amicably.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide 14 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
